This can be as easy as visiting us and selecting it from our large range yourself. Everything is well laid out for ease of inspection and picking.
Everything is clearly labelled in a type size that you don't need to be an eagle eye to read.
The grades are colour coded, mills are detailed, and so is the price. This makes it easy to find, easy to compare and easy to select the Right Pine at the Right Price.
Don't panic if you need expert advice; this is also our fast track picking warehouse for shipped orders. Expert staff are always at hand to offer advice and help you pick and pack your order.
If you don't have the time or inclination to pick your own order, simply phone, fax or email us and we will have your order picked and ready for your inspection when you arrive.
We have an awesome database and state of the art IT systems so everything you need to know is readily at hand to our sales, warehouse and transport personnel.
If you have dealt with us before and want the "same as last time", we can easily identify the lines we supplied. "You know the little moulding I use but can't recall the name of" - No problems, we can!
If you haven't bought from us before, or it is something new to you, we need to ask "what are you using it for!" We then use our experience to quickly establish the quality parameters required for your job at hand and thus the product best suited to your needs.
If there are options, we will discuss them with you, complete with a fast track analysis of their pros and cons.
Next we need some idea of quantity and lengths best suited to your application so we can work out the best way to buy it. Remember, we do everything from a piece to a pack so we have a lot of options to ensure you get the Right Price everytime.
