Who are we?
Handypine Supplies is owned by Des and Rosa Blake and has been in the timber business for 14 years.
Des and Rosa, however, have been in the customer service business all their adult lives. In the Company's early years, the company concentrated on pine for linings. This evolved into developing a complete range of pine product for the cabinet making industry and a heavy emphasis on speed and accuracy of deliveries.
A sound knowledge of the handling and application of tongue and groove pine products and cabinet making boards was then applied to the developing customer interest in timber flooring. From pine to Baltic, our desire to satisfy our customers saw our goals constantly shifted. We now carry a full range of softwood and hardwood flooring, for both traditional and direct stick to concrete applications.
But the wheel moves on, and demands from our cabinet making customers resulted in the expansion of our furniture boards into Tasmanian Oak and other species as well as the addition of full ranges of mouldings in both species.
Today, we carry a large range of products to a wide customer base, but the family commitment to genuine service and attention to detail has not waivered.
In fact, our family has grown, and continues to do so, through dedicated employees who thrive in the rigours of the industry.
